Some Questions You Might Have...

How quickly can I get started? ​

After you talk with our Fan Experience Specialist, you can get started in as little time as 10 days! That includes getting receiving your stand manager tablet(s), marketing package (if you choose to have one) and setting up your venue and menu information.

Do I need WiFi to accept FanFood orders? ​

No. The Samsung tablet included in your FanFood kit comes with data plan for you to accept and fulfill orders. However, the better the WiFi connectivity at your venue is, the better your fans can order from their phones!

What if I'm not interested in in-seat delivery? ​

No worries! Both express pick-up and in-seat delivery are available within FanFood, and you can choose whatever suits your venue the best. However, if staffing is the main concern that deters you from offering in-seat delivery, chat with our Fan Experience Specialist and we can support you in your staffing effort!

Can I try FanFood for free? ​

Not entirely...However, once you sign the contract, the payment is not due until 30 days later. On top of that, we have a 30-day money back guarantee if for any reason you aren't happy with our product or service. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority!

How much does payment processing cost? ​

2.9% of your total revenue on FanFood + $.30 per transaction.
