Reporting & Order History

You can access your fan data on the Stand Manager tablet.

The FanFood Stand Manager collects, stores and analyzes all your sales data and customer information. Not
only can you track orders in real time, you can also look back at the end of the day and get a high-level
summary of how each concession stand performed during the event. This helps you to gain valuable insights
such as what items are the most popular, when do the most sales happen, and how is your concession stand
doing throughout the season. The goal is to help you understand your customers better and optimize your
operations for future events.

You can access all the the information in two different tabs, Order History under the Concessions tab
and Reporting   tab.


Order History Tab

To access the complete history of orders placed at your venue, select Order on the top navigation and
choose Order History . Here you can specify which FanFood Store’s order history you would like to view.

Order History

Orders are sorted chronologically, with the most recently fulfilled orders appearing at the top of the list.

Order No. A unique identifier automatically assigned to every order placed at your venue.

First / Last Name Name associated with the FanFood app user who placed that order.

Order Time Date and time when the order was placed on the app.

Items And Quantity Items placed in the order and their quantity.

Total Charge The total charge of the order, after the convenience fees, applicable taxes and promo code discounts.

Refund Status "Full Refund" indicates the order has been refunded.

Actions Review the order details or issue a refund.

Click on the Order Details cell to see all the items in that order as well as the order total.

Navigating the Reporting Tab

After a game or event, your sales performance metrics and revenue summary can be found in the "REPORTING" tab in the menu bar on top.

Dashboard

You can view different report types by using the dropdown in the top left corner, as seen
below. The most commonly used reports are "Venue Revenue Summary", "Venue Product
Summary" and "Promo Code Summary".

The Venue Revenue Summary displays event metrics including orders placed, total sales,
and convenience fee revenue. You can sort the data by date range and even export as an
Excel Spreadsheet.
