    SLS Brickell Hotel to Provide Contactless Food & Beverage Services with FanFood

    MIAMI
    - The SLS Brickell Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in downtown Miami, has partnered with FanFood, a mobile ordering technology company, to provide contactless food and beverage services at on-property hotel restaurants as a precautionary measure in light of the global pandemic.

     

    In order to support social distancing, SLS Brickell will be using FanFood’s online and mobile ordering platform to take meal orders starting this week. This service eliminates the need for in-person card or cash transactions. Guests can place their order for contactless pickup, or delivery to designated cabanas, poolside daybeds and hotel rooms. Hotel staff will be using FanFood’s Runner App for order delivery.

     

    Mobile ordering will help to remove congregation around dining areas, and effectively distance guests and staff throughout the property. Poolside delivery service will be available for guests lounging on the Altitude Pool Deck through the FanFood app, and contactless pickup will be available from Fi’lia at SLS Brickell, an Italian restaurant located within the hotel. 

     

    “Consumer mindsets have shifted permanently. The new standard of guest experience is marked by both safety and convenience,” said Carson Goodale, CEO and co-founder of FanFood. “We are excited to work with the SLS Brickell, and help the hospitality industry recover as quickly as possible.”

    In addition to hotel amenities, all 124 rooms and suites within the SLS Brickell now support mobile ordering for room service. Food and beverage options available through the FanFood app include cocktails, desserts, pasta, pizza, non-alcoholic beverages and wine.

    FanFood currently works with over 150 partners nationwide, with footprints also in Dubai and Canada. The company is a member of the Greater Miami & the Beaches Hotel Association, and hopes to provide more area hotels and resorts with mobile ordering for their guests.


    Guests at the SLS Brickell can access FanFood delivery services on their mobile device through the FanFood app, or by visiting order.fanfoodapp.com/slsbrickell from their phone.
