2020 took many turns we didn’t expect.
For a startup on the trajectory towards rapid growth in the beginning of the year, one can only imagine the shock and denial we felt upon realizing that gatherings and events wouldn’t come back anytime soon.
Our product, after all, is about celebrating time spent with loved ones at games, concerts, events, movie screenings, races…without missing a single moment waiting in lines buying food and drinks. It’s about empowering our partners to offer the best customer experience possible, and generate revenue with easy-to-use technology.
2020 was a tremendous test for us — one that might have been too brutal for a fledging young startup.
2020 was also a tremendous opportunity for us. Our technology is now at the forefront of making contactless ordering accessible at venues, properties and facilities anywhere within days.
Our team pivoted, tested, strategized, executed, and grasped every opportunity to adapt and survive. And survive we did — in fact, we thrived in our own ways.

Our partners have given us numerous shoutouts for helping them stay open during 2020. Our contactless ordering solution has helped them give their customers the peace of mind, support social distancing and offer curbside pickups. There’s nothing we love more than seeing our partners succeed.
Part of our pivoting strategy during the pandemic was developing new features that make our solution flexible for other markets, while focusing on solving current customer problems.
